We make two different types of dough - a New York style and a Roman style. Roman style pizza is characterized by using a high-hydration dough that rises up to 72 hours and produces a tall, airy crust that is crispy on the bottom, yet light and fluffy on the inside. It is stretched into square pans, baked to perfection, and then topped with premium, quality ingredients that combine to offer something for everyone. Cut into squares, it is then served “al taglio”, which translates to ‘by the cut.”
We offer traditional combinations from Italy like the margherita and the best of New York recipes, alongside creative combinations inspired by regional, seasonal ingredients and local culinary influences. We also offer gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options so that there is a healthy and delicious pizza for everyone.
We only use imported Italian flour, pure olive oil, premium mozzarella, fresh vegetables, and high quality meats. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced either locally, or by those who we believe are the best at what they do. As a result, this type of wholesome, high quality pizza doesn’t leave you feeling greasy, heavy, and guilty after you eat it!
